We’re hiring a Production Technicianto join our elite, high-performance manufacturing team building high-pressure fuel pumps (HPFPs), injectors, and direct-injection fuel systems used in professional motorsports and high-end automotive performance applications.
If you have hands‑on experience with fuel systems, injectors, engines, electrical systems, or precision mechanical assembly—and you take pride in building things the right way—this role is for you.
What You’ll DoAs a Production Technician, you’ll play a key role in the assembly, testing, and repair of XDI fuel system products. Your work directly supports racers, tuners, and performance enthusiasts worldwide.
Core Responsibilities- Assemble, test, and repair high‑pressure fuel pumps (HPFPs), fuel injectors, and DI fuel systems
- Read and work from mechanical, electrical, and engineering drawings
- Perform precision assembly within tight tolerances
- Operate and monitor test benches (standing for extended periods)
- Document builds, tests, and repairs according to company standards
- Perform routine maintenance on production tools and equipment
- Package and prepare parts for shipping as needed
- Follow established procedures while maintaining efficiency and quality
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in a manufacturing, production, automotive, or performance shop environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude (electrical experience a plus)
- Comfortable working with precision tools, gauges, and measurement equipment
- Ability to follow technical drawings and assembly instructions
- Basic computer skills for documentation and tracking
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working on your feet in a fast‑paced production setting
- Experience with fuel injectors, HPFPs, DI systems, or performance engines
- Background in motorsports, racing, tuning, or performance automotive shops
- Familiarity with tight tolerances, flow testing, pressure systems, or quality control
- Passion for speed, performance, and high‑quality workmanship
- Full‑time (40 hours/week)
- 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday
- Overtime available; weekend work may be required during peak production periods
