Field Service Tech

Overview

New England Machinery, a Massman Company, is seeking a full‑time Technician to join our field service team. The role is critical to ensuring the machines we build for customers operate efficiently and exceed their expectations. You will replace parts, re‑wire components, update PLC programming, and determine when a more robust retrofit is necessary.

• Replace and maintain machine components.
• Re‑wire electrical circuits and troubleshoot issues.
• Update PLC programming to improve machine performance.
• Assess and recommend retrofits or upgrades for aging equipment.

• Background in mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and PLC programming.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to keep production lines moving.
