Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

The Production Supervisor provides leadership and facilitates the development of the production team. This position is accountable for meeting the established Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost (SQDC). The Production Supervisor uses continuous improvement (CI) to drive collaboration and foster a learning environment for the production team. Additionally, the supervisor creates a culture of engagement and trust within the production team following the Saint‑Gobain Principles of Conduct and Action.

2:30 pm - 12:30 am

• Ensures Operational Efficiency:
  The supervisor oversees daily operations to ensure production processes run smoothly, minimizing downtime and improving productivity.
• Maintains Quality Standards:
  They are responsible for ensuring that products meet quality control standards, helping to reduce defects and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Leads and Motivates Teams:
  By managing and motivating production teams, the supervisor ensures high morale, improving overall team performance and engagement.
• Enhances Safety Compliance:
  Ensures that all safety protocols and regulations are followed, creating a safe work environment and reducing accidents and injuries.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
• Experience:
  
  3+ years in a supervisory role, manufacturing experience preferred.
• Leadership and Team Management:
  The ability to effectively lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team, fostering trust, empowerment and collaboration, while ensuring a productive work environment.
• Problem‑Solving and Decision‑Making:
  Strong analytical skills to identify issues quickly, troubleshoot production challenges, and make timely, effective decisions.

  Excellent verbal and written communication to clearly convey instructions, expectations, and feedback.
