Shift:
** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

+  
** Monday - Friday*
* +  
** Overtime Available*
* + Opportunity to work  
** up to 6 days per week*
* ** Job Responsibilities*
* + Assist the mixer operator with preparing dough and bakery products.

+ Measure, weigh, and add ingredients according to production formulas.

+ Load ingredients into mixing equipment and monitor mixing processes.

+ Move ingredients and finished products throughout the production area.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

+ Clean and sanitize equipment following food safety guidelines.

+ Assist with inventory and ingredient replenishment.

+ Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.

** Requirements*
* + Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Previous manufacturing, food production, or bakery experience is a plus.

+ Strong attendance and reliability.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
