Entry‑level Assembler responsible for safely assembling equipment by following instructions from supervisors or trainers. Assemblies vary in size and require the use of mechanical, electrical, and manual tools.

• Follow directions to use proper tools and align, drill, and secure components with correct bolts and torque to specifications.
• Cut, fit, bend, and adjust parts for fit or function.
• Accurately use and read a tape measure and other measuring instruments such as a caliper or scale.
• Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Perform assembly operations in the designated work area.
• Assemble parts and subassemblies to create components, ensuring correct positioning using templates or measurements.
• Drill holes for wires, hoses, and small parts.
• Operate a torch or grinder to cut and shape parts.
• Install truck accessories such as decals, stencils, trim, carpet, and flighting.
• Lift and stack completed subassemblies and parts up to 65 lbs.
• Train and work in various assembly areas in response to production demands.
• Follow verbal and written work instructions.
• Adhere to quality standards and maintain a safe, clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal communication skills and regular attendance.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities that are assigned.

• 3 months of relevant experience.

• Previous experience with basic hand tools.
• Demonstrated experience using various small and pneumatic hand tools.
• Proficiency with simple arithmetic and measuring instruments such as a caliper, scale, and measuring tape.

• Competitive pay based on experience and education; starting rate $20.45+ per hour.
