Mechanical Assembler

Location: Bradenton, FL
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Day Shift 7:00AM- 3-30PM

We are seeking a skilled
Mechanical Assembler to join our growing manufacturing team. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys building high-quality industrial equipment from the ground up. If you have experience interpreting blueprints, using hand and power tools, and working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.

• Assemble mechanical equipment and machinery according to engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation accurately.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments including calipers, tape measures, and micrometers.
• Install and assemble mechanical components such as bearings, gears, fasteners, shafts, and pneumatic systems.
• Verify proper fit, alignment, and operation of assembled components.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Machining, and Electrical Assembly teams to complete projects on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.

• Previous experience in mechanical assembly or industrial equipment manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and assembly instructions.
• Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Experience assembling custom machinery or industrial equipment.
• Basic knowledge of pneumatic systems.
• Manufacturing or fabrication experience.
