Hunter Douglas is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive lean initiatives across the Outdoor Division. You will lead Kaizen events, ensure adherence to Standard Work, and mentor teams in Lean tools to reduce waste and improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Applicants should have a strong background in Lean Six Sigma and experience facilitating large-scale transformation programs. A bachelor’s degree in engineering and certifications are preferred.
