Precast Concrete Production Worker

Sarasota, FL Starting at $20+/Hour (Based on Experience) Full-Time | Monday-Friday

This hands-on role is ideal for candidates with experience in construction, concrete work, manufacturing, or general labor who enjoy physical work and take pride in producing quality products.

As a Precast Concrete Production Worker, you will help manufacture precast concrete components by preparing molds, pouring and finishing concrete, handling materials, and ensuring products meet quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

• Prepare, clean, and assemble concrete molds and forms
• Install reinforcing materials and embedded hardware according to specifications
• Assist with pouring, placing, and consolidating concrete
• Operate concrete vibrators to eliminate air pockets and ensure product quality
• Screed, trowel, finish, patch, and repair concrete surfaces
• Strip and remove finished products from molds
• Perform grinding, touch-up work, and quality inspections
• Safely move materials, molds, and finished products throughout the facility
• Operate forklifts and other equipment (when certified/trained)
• Assist with loading, unloading, and yard organization
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements

• Experience in concrete work, construction, manufacturing, fabrication, or general labor preferred
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Strong attendance, reliability, and a positive work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to workplace safety

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Work around heavy equipment and machinery safely
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Indoor/ outdoors manufacturing facility
• Exposure to dust, noise, concrete materials, and changing temperatures
• Required PPE includes steel-toed boots, safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
