Manatee County
- Oversee the activities of the multidisciplinary team that provides care to patients
- Monitor the provision of therapeutic services through written and verbal communication with all disciplines
- Ensure that all visits scheduled and provided are authorized and covered by physician orders
- Review patient visits weekly and provide a plan to the Patient Care Supervisor and team assistant, including anticipated weekend visits
- Inform the scheduler of any schedule changes and communicate caseload and patient care issues to the Home Care Supervisor
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- RN (Registered Nurse) License
- Driver's License – State of Florida (required within 30 days of hire)
- Required:
Associate's or Diploma in Nursing - Preferred:
Bachelor's in Nursing
- Required:
1 year as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse - Preferred: 1 year in Home Care
