- Commit to working every weekend, Saturday/Sunday; day, evening or night shift.
- May pre-schedule 4 weekends per year PTO and continue to meet program requirements.
- Employee subject to center attendance policy.
- Employee will lose the Every Weekend pay for all weekend days if they call out for either day of either weekend in pay period. If every weekend differentials forfeited due to not meeting program requirement, standard shift differential and standard weekend differential will be paid for weekend hours worked in that pay period.
- Employee will receive start rate plus $3.00/hour differential for weekend hours worked for Nurse Aides and $ 4.00/hour differential for Nurses. All other hours worked in the pay period will be paid the standard shift and differential as applicable.
- Paid time off is accumulated for this position.
- Program open to RN, LPN, and Nursing Assistants.
