  • Day Shift – 1 Charge, 3–5 RN’s depending on census
  • Night Shift – 1 Charge, 3–5 RN’s depending on census
• Patient Ratios: 1 to 2 at max, 1 to 3
• Equipment: IABP, Impella, Temp pacemakers, Arctic Sun, SWAN
• EMR:
  Meditech

Skill Set Most Recruited For: (Travel RNs, local CNAs, sitters)

• Must have:
  • ICU/CCU experience
  • Open heart experience
• Preferred or nice to have:
  • Open heart procedures experience
  • Advanced cardiac life support skills

• IABP, Impella, TAVR, open heart surgeries (CABG, valve replacements)
• Post‑stent placement, temporary pacemakers, hypothermia protocol, DKA management, vascular patient care

• Strong teamwork orientation
