Elan Assisted Living in Bradenton, Florida, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our vibrant community. • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and established care plans
• Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Document all care provided and maintain accurate resident records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update individualized care plans
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities

• Valid and current Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Prior experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a similar healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs
• Knowledge of medication administration and safety protocols
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
