Job Summary:

Manatee Springs Care & Rehabilitation, a 120-bed rehabilitation and nursing center located in Bradenton, Florida, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team! Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to a diverse population, including long-term care residents and short-term rehabilitation patients

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor and report patient vital signs, medical conditions, and changes in condition

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Florida

• Prior experience preferred (new graduates welcome to apply!)

• Strong clinical skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
