Registered Nurse; RN Resource Pool - Float Per Diem Nights

Responsibilities

Manatee Memorial Hospital® in Bradenton, Florida has served the community for over 70 years, providing advanced healthcare services such as cardiac care, emergency care, surgery, weight‑loss program, orthopedic services, radiology, rehabilitation, respiratory care, sleep, oncology, wound care, women’s and children’s services, a Level II neonatal intensive care unit, and a pediatric outpatient therapy center.

The Registered Nurse promotes and provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Demonstrates professional leadership and support to the healthcare team while providing the foundation of all patient‑centered nursing care. Communicates with physicians and other nursing staff about patient needs, administers IVs and medications to aid in patient health, and uses medical equipment to monitor patient vital signs.

• This is a per diem night position on the Resource Pool.

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Current RN licensure in Florida
• 1–3 years of acute care experience required for the Resource Pool
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Current ACLS certification through the American Heart Association
