As a RN Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor at Manatee Springs Care & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. Our facility is a 120-bed rehabilitation and nursing center located in Bradenton, Florida, and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nursing professional to lead our weekend shift team.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treating wounds, and performing other medical procedures
- Supervise and direct a team of nursing professionals, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with our interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Conduct assessments, monitor patient progress, and adjust care plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care
- Prior experience in long term care
- Current RN licensure in the state of Florida
