About the RN Registered Nurse Role:
As a Registered Nurse with our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high‑quality patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans. Our state‑of‑the‑art facility and trained staff ensure that our residents receive the best possible care, and we are committed to creating a warm and welcoming environment for all.
RN Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes
Perform routine vital signs, administer medications, and provide wound care as needed
Educate patients and families on disease management, self‑care, and preventive measures
Document patient information and maintain accurate records
