Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide vital signs, weight checks, and other clinical duties as assigned.
• Support residents with mobility and transfer needs.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care.
• Collaborate with the nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service and a positive work environment.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements

• Must be certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida.
• Prior experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of resident care.
