FFHC is seeking a licensed practical nurse/licensed vocational nurse to provide care within the scope of practice and maintain up-to-date clinical records for every patient. You will also collaborate with physicians to adjust care plans as needed and mentor new staff during orientations.
Additionally, you will educate patients and families on care needs, participate in QAPI, complete mandatory trainings, and ensure confidentiality and compliance while delivering compassionate nursing care.
