The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Assisted Living / Memory Care is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency response support within our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods.

• Administers medications accurately and safely.
• Administers treatments, including, but not limited to, dressings, catheterization, suctioning, oxygen therapy, etc.
• Assists with direct resident care as needed.
• Maintains accurate documentation of medications administered and care rendered.

• Assists with resident admission and discharge procedures.
• Responds to resident emergency call systems as indicated.
• Makes rounds with physicians and transcribes orders.
• Keeps physicians and families informed of changes in resident condition.
• Maintains the self‑respect, dignity, comfort, and safety of each resident.
• Assures continuity of care and services.
• Attends assigned in‑service training and education sessions.
• Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Florida.
• Minimum of 6 months nursing experience; geriatric experience preferred.
• Ability to create a warm, friendly, and compassionate first impression.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check.
