Empath Health is seeking an RN – Triage/Field to join our southwest Florida hospice team serving Sarasota and Manatee counties from Bradenton. The nurse will provide after-hours in-home and facility care, assess patients under physician direction, manage symptoms, and document care plans in the EMR.
Requirements include Florida RN license and CPR certification; CHPN is encouraged within three years. BSN/MSN preferred and hospice experience is a plus.
