Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)$4000 Sign On Bonus!!
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to a diverse population, including long-term care residents and short-term rehabilitation patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and report patient vital signs, medical conditions, and changes in condition
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
- Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Florida
- Prior experience preferred (new graduates welcome to apply!)
- Strong clinical skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
