Lakewood National Golf Club is hiring a Court Maintenance employee to add to our team. Previous tennis and/or tennis court knowledge is preferred but not required.

• Daily maintenance includes brushing and lining of courts; blowing off tennis and pickleball walkways between courts and blowing off pickleball courts; ensuring all watering systems are working properly and adjusted as needed due to weather.
• Weekly rolling, inspecting for algae and weeds, luting, and attending to windscreens and fences for holes or repairs; inspecting and repairing court lines and maintaining nets.
• Periodic maintenance such as adding Har Tru, patching low spots, and adding magnesium or calcium as needed.
• Removing trash, cleaning foot sweeps, checking ball return, and cleaning water fountains.
• Stacking and storing furniture, windscreens, and equipment for inclement weather.
• Performing minor handyman repairs as needed.
• Assisting with daily racquet operations as directed.
• Communicating court conditions to administrative and pro shop staff.

• Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to endure long periods of standing, sitting, and walking.
• Willing to work outdoors regardless of weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills.
