What You’ll Do (Daily & Weekly)- Generate and convert leads using proven scripts and systems
- Conduct open houses that convert conversations into clients
- Book appointments and secure signed buyer agreements
- Consult with buyers and sellers from first conversation to close
- Negotiate offers with leadership support
- Master local market and area knowledge
- Participate in weekly script practice, team meetings, and training
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching and performance reviews
This is a performance-based environment with clear expectations and support to match.
Requirements- Active Florida Real Estate License (or currently enrolled in real estate school)
- Full-time commitment
- Strong communication skills and willingness to practice sales conversations
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and follow structured systems
- Proven history of meeting goals (sales, athletics, leadership, or other high-performance environments preferred)
- You want to work part-time or “see how it goes”
- You’re uncomfortable with lead generation or accountability
- You prefer a solo, low-structure environment
- You resist coaching or feedback
- You’re looking for a quick check instead of a long-term business
