As a Server Assistant, your first and most important responsibility will be creating memorable moments for our Guests. You will assist the kitchen and our Servers in the dining room. In the kitchen, you will help with the assembly of prepared food and condiments following Fleming’s standards. You will check orders for accuracy and review those orders with the Guests to ensure they are prepared to their expectations.

Working alongside the servers you will track food times, stock tables with proper items needed, buss tables, offer drink recommendations and refills, decant and sell wine, and perform table side service to create an elevated and seamless experience for our Guests.

Minimum one year of previous restaurant experience as a server or busser.
