Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the Food Service Department, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency
- Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to deliver excellent service and cuisine
- Prepare and cook gourmet meals that meet the dietary needs and preferences of senior residents
- Develop and implement menus that are nutritious, appealing, and innovative
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including sanitation and food handling standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize departmental resources
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment that encourages professional growth and collaboration
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior food management role
- Proven management experience in food service operations
- Passion for working with seniors and understanding their unique dietary needs
- Strong culinary skills with the ability to prepare exquisite, delicious meals
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work hands‑on in a fast‑paced environment and lead by example
