This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role located in Bradenton, FL. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient store management while maintaining exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing staff, meeting sales and performance targets, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through superior communication and service. The manager will also take part in developing initiatives to drive store growth and efficiency.

• Proven experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
• Bilingual is a Plus
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage daily operations
• Experience working in the automotive or retail industry preferred
• High school diploma or GED required;
  Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
