Compensation
- Hourly wage: $15 - $28 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
- Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Stocking associates unload trucks and stock new freight, spending the majority of their time in the backroom. They must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds, and may need to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts.
