Assists the Controller in all phases of office operations. Requires constant interaction with the work group and other departments at the primary work location. The position demonstrates competency for all on‑job activities that may affect product safety, legality, or quality.

• Match invoices to proper receiving tickets from the Receiving Clerk.
• Distribute payroll checks.
• Prepare financial reports, including bank deposits and cashier sheets.
• Reconcile cash disbursement, payroll, and outstanding bank accounts.
• Prepare Managers Report.
• Analyze general ledger accounts.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes‑Oxley, etc.).
• Perform other duties deemed by management integral to the job, including schedule fulfillment, attendance policies, and other operating rules, policies, and procedures.

• Entry level position; however, some type of accounting internship is preferred.

• Some basic accounting understanding is desired.

Salary Range: $19 – $21 per hour. We offer a competitive salary and an excellent total rewards package. Compensation starts between $19 and $21 an hour. Please reply by 6/9/2026.
