Retail Salesperson

Job Summary

The Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic and sales-focused role crucial to our team's success. The position entails providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone, meeting and exceeding customer needs, and promoting automotive services to drive sales.

• Operating as a motivated sales individual.
• Building customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Merchandising, advertising and promotion of products and services.
• Energetic responsiveness to every customer, on the phone and in the store.
• Conducting transaction procedures with precision and efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• At least 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Ability to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Problem‑solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Valid automobile driver's license at all times and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
