Checkout Team Associate

Front End Checkout associates run our registers. They smile, greet and thank customers, ring up items, process payments, and keep a positive attitude. This role may require standing for long periods of time.

You play a major role in how our customers feel when they leave the store. You may be the first, last, or only associate a customer interacts with, so it’s important to smile, greet, and thank every customer. The pace can be intense, especially evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons. You’ll handle scanning items, explaining prices, bagging items, counting cash back, and keeping your area clean.

You must be positive, able to multi‑task, and passionate about customer service.

Additional compensation may include performance incentives, hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00, and other incentives based on schedule, season, or specific work performed.

• Ensure customers have a great first and last impression.
• Gather carts from the parking lot and operate equipment to move them inside the store.
• Clean restrooms, sales floor, and parking lot as needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude in all weather conditions.
