Salary & Compensation

Hourly rate ranges from $15 to $28 per hour, meeting or exceeding the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Meat / Produce associates focus on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked. They rotate product and maintain proper food safety standards.

After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
