Position Summary

Responsible for providing member service, maintaining checkout areas, resolving member issues and concerns, promoting Sam's Club products and services, guiding members on self‑service technology, processing member purchases, assisting with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges, following company safety and security procedures, handling merchandise, reporting unsafe situations, maintaining entrance and exit areas, verifying membership cards, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating and organizing merchandise, transporting items, ensuring a safe shopping environment, conducting emergency response procedures, safeguarding club assets, maintaining paperwork, training new associates on company processes and tools, delivering rollout training for new programs, continuous learning and process improvement, ensuring the area of responsibility is maintained in accordance with policies, identifying shrink and damages, complying with ethics and integrity standards, completing work assignments and priorities, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations, communicating progress, determining and recommending improvement opportunities, adapting to change and feedback, embracing diversity, building team relationships, communicating positively, mentoring others, recognizing contributions, maintaining integrity and ethics, supporting Walmart's regenerative goals, acting selflessly with humility, honesty, fairness, and transparency, delivering results with customer focus, making decisions based on reliable information, balancing priorities, considering impact on the team, displaying curiosity and desire to learn, taking calculated risks, demonstrating resilience, driving continuous improvement, using new technologies, and supporting others through change.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00*.

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
