Lids - 8473 Cooper Creek Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present;
Manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs, goal setting, and regular follow up when Store Manager is not present;
Recruit and train store personnel on proper store operations and procedures;
Encourage store associates’ compliance with established company policies and guidelines including safekeeping of inventory, funds and property;
Customer Experience Lead, execute and assist selling strategy to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service
