- - Responsibilities:
Provide people leadership including recruiting, hiring, coaching, and performance management; manage staffing and scheduling and employee development.;
Lead store operations to ensure safe environment, exceptional pet parent and associate experiences, and adherence to policies and procedures.;
Drive profitability and store performance by analyzing reports, controlling expenses, and meeting store P&L targets.;
Collaborate with Store Leadership on in-store and community events, including partnerships with local adoption groups.;
Oversee execution of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks including payroll processing and scheduling within budget.
