• Greet and serve customers in assigned department. Offer advice or information.
• Guide customers through related projects.
• Help unload incoming trucks and stock merchandise.
• Maintain your assigned department.
• Work alongside your retail team.
• Demonstrate Sunshine Ace's legendary customer service.

• Knowledge and experience of hardware products and uses
• Able to communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Skilled at providing prompt, friendly and attentive customer service
• Ability to exert moderate, though not constant, physical effort - typically involving some combination of climbing and balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Requires the ability to reach, bend, balance, lift and transport various objects weighing up to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift. Requires the ability to move heavier objects with assistance.
