We seek an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven sales and marketing leader to propel the sales and marketing strategy for Dueall Construction. This role is pivotal in driving our ambitious growth strategies and working closely with our executive team and field leadership to establish sales and marketing goals, devise strategic plans, and oversee their execution to ensure peak performance. This position demands a seasoned professional with a robust operations, sales, marketing, and business development background, preferably working with national clients in Florida and other high-growth markets.

- Build high-performance account management and business development practices.
- Collaborate with purchasing team in developing pricing strategies to drive market share growth.
- Chart and execute a robust sales and marketing strategy to meet growth objectives in and outside Florida.
- Implement account management best practices to deliver industry leading customer experience.
- Set challenging yet attainable sales and marketing goals and craft detailed plans to meet these targets.

- Strong Leadership abilities with track record of building high-performance sales and marketing departments.

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in business development, sales, and client management. Background with strong executive level industry connections.
- Demonstrated track record of identifying and closing deals, business expansion, and customer development.
- Knowledge and understanding of the construction process including purchasing, pricing, and budgeting.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to proactively take initiative and produce results. Deal-oriented, confident, hard-working, analytical, team player that loves to win and hates to lose.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or construction management.
