This is a on-site role, with the opportunity to work from all offices statewide for a Sales and Service Specialist. In this role, you will engage with prospective and current clients, provide consultations, conduct roof inspections, create detailed service estimates, and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction. You will actively build and maintain relationships with customers, deliver tailored solutions to meet their roofing and remodeling needs, and effectively manage inquiries and leads from start to completion.

You will collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional service.

• Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to perform accurate inspections and create detailed service estimates
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to explain services effectively
• Proficiency in managing client inquiries, follow-ups, and project coordination
• Basic knowledge of roofing, construction, or home improvement services is preferred
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work onsite in Bradenton, FL, and possess a valid driver’s license
