2020 Companies is hiring highly passionate, sales‑driven Brand Enthusiasts to serve as Lead Generators at a major warehouse retailer. This full‑time role is ideal for experienced sales candidates who want to advance in retail or provide cost‑efficient solutions for consumers. Your primary responsibility is to generate new leads by scheduling in‑home measurement and product consultation appointments. The appointments will then be handled by our client’s professional and licensed expert sales team.

• Promote the client’s flooring solutions at a warehouse retail location.
• Showcase interactive flooring solutions and demonstrate communication skills.
• Schedule in‑home consultations for residential customers.
• Educate customers about flooring solutions and present information about benefits in a compelling manner.
• Accurately document and report activities, share best practices, and provide customer feedback and insights.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment‑setting targets.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 12+ months of prior retail selling experience in home improvement or related field, preferably flooring sales.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, weekends, and holidays.
• Warm, self‑motivated, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.
• Ability to stage a consultative selling process, overcome objections, and connect with customer needs.
• Capability to perform independently in an unstructured work environment.
• Must have reliable transportation and a personal cellphone with a working number.
• Proficient with technology, including computers, smartphones, and digital tools.

Base pay + uncapped commission paid weekly. Annual compensation range: $65,000–$75,000. Hourly base pay: $17–$20.
