Job Summary

What

you will be doing:
  • Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Provide outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.
  • Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
  • Answer any questions customers have on current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade levels of service, and process all general service requests.
  • Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
  • Provide expert‑level understanding and passion around technology, especially around Comcast products and services.
  • Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
  • Contribute to a fun and competitive environment.
  • Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.
What you will need to have:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Adjust to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
  • Ability to carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly.

Compensation

Base Pay: $15.00

Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $22.69

Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
