Schedule:

Monday – Friday. Pay: $21 per hour plus 10% monthly bonus.

We are hiring Territory Managers who are experts in brand advocacy and merchant visits. The position requires a personal vehicle, insurance, and a Motor Vehicle Record check.

• Meet and welcome new merchants accepting client credit services.
• Travel within assigned territory, stopping by up to 35 retailers per day.
• Spend approximately 50% of an 8‑hour day in‑store.
• Demonstrate the value of the client’s credit services and address objections.
• Attempt to place point‑of‑purchase signage at each business.
• Audit and record competitive products, promotions, merchandising, and merchant feedback.
• Assist in launch‑related activities and major market events.
• Track and communicate activity to Retail Operations and submit feedback in a timely manner.

• Meet or exceed quarterly visit goals.
• Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals.
• Visit multiple store locations daily and weekly.
• Schedule visits two weeks or more in advance.
• Effectively execute assigned activities during visits.
• Demonstrate ability to influence relationships through merchant awareness, POP placement, and consistent productivity.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs at a time.
• Multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.
• Reliable transportation within assigned territory.
