Job Description:
We are hiring a motivated Automotive Sales Support Specialist to join our fast-paced dealership call center. This role is focused on responding to inbound and outbound leads, handling phone/text/email communication, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
If you enjoy talking to people, working in a structured environment, and getting rewarded for performance without the pressure of closing deals, this role is for you.
What We're Looking For
- Strong phone presence and clear communication skills
- Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of calls
- Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and coachability
- Sales, call center, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer skills, CRM experience is a plus but not required
- Automotive experience is a plus but not required
- Respond quickly to inbound leads (internet, phone, & chat)
- Make outbound follow-up calls to customers who have shown interest
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the sales team
- Provide a friendly, professional first impression of the dealership
- Work closely with sales managers and consultants to ensure smooth handoffs
- Follow proven scripts and processes (with room for personality)
