Show homes and highlight features of homes and community (approximately 85% of time);
Conduct preliminary sales calls with potential buyers over the phone;
Prepare sales contracts including sales tax calculations and monthly payment plans; run credit checks;
Meet with residents/buyers to list and sell homes; maintain database of homes for sale;
Collaborate with resort manager and regional managers to develop community sales & marketing plans
