Brand Ambassador / Service Pros Auto Glass
Service Pros Auto Glass is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent our company inside partnered automotive dealerships. This role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and coordinating windshield replacement services for dealership customers. This is a W-2 employee position.
Compensation- Earn $750 – $2,000 per week with commission.
- Additional commission opportunities.
- Weekly pay.
- Monday – Saturday
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 40 hours per week (±2 hours depending on business needs)
- Lunch break provided
- Engage customers in dealership service lanes and waiting areas.
- Identify potential windshield replacement or auto glass repair opportunities.
- Educate customers on available auto glass services.
- Coordinate glass replacement appointments with the service team.
- Build relationships with dealership service advisors, managers, and technicians.
- Encourage referrals and help grow service volume.
- Track leads, customer interactions, and completed jobs.
- Maintain a professional and positive brand presence inside partner dealerships.
- Customer service or sales experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers.
- Self‑motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced dealership environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
