Generator Sales Specialist (100% Commission | $150K–$300K+ Potential)
Territory: Tampa, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee & Sarasota Counties Company: Luminous Electric

Luminous Electric is building a top-tier sales force and we’re looking for a proven closer to take over a high-opportunity territory across the Gulf Coast. This is a pure commission role designed for sales professionals who expect to earn six figures—and aren’t interested in caps, hand-holding, or excuses.

Our top reps are producing $1.5M–$3M+ annually
, translating into $150K–$300K+ incomes
—and climbing.

• Run qualified company-provided leads + self-generate high-value opportunities
• Conduct in-home consultations and close premium standby generator systems
• Own the entire sales cycle from first touch to signed deal
• Build and leverage referral channels (homeowners, builders, property managers)
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline and follow-up process
• Partner with operations to ensure clean installs and strong customer experience

• Closers with a track record of winning high-ticket deals
