Show homes and highlight features and benefits of homes and the community;
Conduct preliminary sales calls with potential buyers over the phone;
Prepare sales contracts including calculation of sales tax and monthly payment plans and run credit checks;
List and sell homes while maintaining a database of available homes;
Collaborate with resort manager/regional manager to develop community sales and marketing plans;
Maintain strong resident relations with ongoing communications and customer service
