• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

• Day 30:
  Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6:
  Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$124K annualized)
• Year 1:
  Top quartile clears $208K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

• 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in hvac or an adjacent vertical
