Position:Retail Marketing Representative
- No sales experience required—simply introduce our services with customers, generate interest, and schedule free in-home estimates for our window and door services.
Earn $50K to $90K
Competitive hourly pay + commission
Responsibilities- Engage shoppers and create a friendly, positive first impression
- Start conversations and build rapport with potential customers
- Schedule free in-home estimates and appointments
- Educate customers about our products and services
- Maintain a professional, energetic presence at the kiosk
- Friendly, outgoing, and positive personality
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
- Customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required
- Full training provided
