• Transparent pay: $16.00/hour base, paid weekly, plus $50 for every qualified appointment you set — no vague "bonus potential"
• No cold calling — every prospect you call has already asked to hear more
• Full-time or part-time shifts available — flexible enough for a first job, a career change, or a next-to-last chapter
• Monday–Friday only, no nights, no weekends
• Coaching and a proven script provided — no experience-heavy barrier to entry, just reliability and a good phone presence
• Room for growth — strong performers can move into telesales leadership, member services, or other roles within our growing company

• Call warm, pre-qualified prospects and confirm interest using a proven script
• Schedule appointments for our field representatives
• Log accurate call notes and appointment details in our system
• Keep a friendly, professional, reassuring tone on every call
• Work toward daily call and appointment targets with ongoing coaching support

• At least 1 year of phone, call center, customer service, or inside sales experience
• Clear, confident verbal communication
• Reliable, punctual, coachable, and comfortable in an on-site team setting
