The Account Manager independently manages a defined portfolio of donor group accounts and is responsible for developing, executing, and adjusting recruitment strategies that directly impact Sun Coast Blood Centers' blood collections and community engagement efforts. This role exercises discretion and independent judgment in planning donor recruitment initiatives, setting account-level collection goals, prioritizing outreach efforts, and determining engagement strategies across assigned territories.

The Account Manager serves as the primary strategic contact for assigned accounts and represents Sun Coast Blood Centers in the community. This position requires sound judgment, relationship management expertise, and the ability to evaluate performance data and market trends to drive continuous improvement, in support of Sun Coast Blood Centers' mission to bring people together to save lives through innovative blood services and therapies.

The role requires scheduling flexibility, including occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends, based on operational needs and community partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications

Education Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or equivalent relevant work experience. Experience Minimum two (2) years of experience in account management, sales, recruiting, customer relationship management, or a related field, with demonstrated responsibility for managing multiple accounts or territories.
