** The Direct Sales Agent Specialist is responsible for driving profitable growth by generating new business, cross-selling existing customers, and building lasting relationships. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and maintaining a strong book of business.
This role sells to local customers both in person and over the phone, while driving growth through community involvement, relationship building, and outside marketing efforts.

*** Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention
* Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals
* Develop relationships within the community (e.g., dealerships, events, local partners) to support business growth
* Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales
* Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives
* Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition
* Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations
